In 2021, Tecnocap launched its Young Pupils Program in the USA in partnership with Wheeling Park (WV), Marshall High School (WV) and Belmont Career Center, supporting young talents.

The initiative, which lasted the whole academic year, gave the most ambitious young students – willing to enter the world of work – the possibility of strengthening the skills they gained during their school time, building on their talented, innovative and creative technology minds and training them on Tecnocap’s processes, methods and tools.

Moreover, the aim of this partnership was to help Tecnocap individuate young talented students to be supported and launched towards their professional career, in partnership with West Virginia North Community College and other local Colleges.

In fact, the two selected students will have the opportunity to start a paid internship in a large global organization and work alongside with senior colleagues with different backgrounds and expertise on packaging engineering and design for the world’s most important consumer brands in food, beverage, cosmetics and personal care sectors.

It is a complete and structured path that will therefore allow young students to fully understand the activities carried out in Tecnocap and to contribute with their skills to the development of the local community.
