Open Day at Tecnocap Group headquarters in Cava de’ Tirreni, the industry specialized in the production of Metal Closures (caps) for glass jars and plastic containers.

The Open Day – organized for the families of all the employees – was attended by over 500 people. The employees themselves described the various phases of the production process to the visitors. Everything has been was done in a very effective and professional way: greeting visitors, registration of participants, tour in the production department, buffet, distribution of company gadgets and also children entertainment.

It was an important event for the local community and a special occasion which allowed all employees to show their families where they spend most of the ir time.The event was also attended by the Mayor of the City, Vincenzo Servalli, who stressed the importance of such initiatives to build the sense of community.
