In particular, attracting, welcoming and training people able to consolidate their business know-how is the main objective for Tecnocap Group. In this respect, the organization invests in the scouting of the best resources in order to adequately respond to the continuous needs of the global market in which the company operates.

Among the initiatives in terms of talent acquisition carried out in 2022, Tecnocap was a proud member of the Speedy Speech Week organized by the “Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore” in Milan, for the students of the Postgraduate course in Strategic Management for Global Business.

Thanks to this initiative, the students had the possibility of having direct contact with the representatives of the companies involved, in order to test the students’ soft skills through interviews and the revision of their CVs.

Speedy speeches are an important occasion for the students to be in directly in contact with managers and multinationals and they also offer concrete tools to improve their curricula and interviews.

After the meeting with the students, the representatives made an evaluation of the several performances, taking into consideration the students’ weaknesses, strengths and an overall review of their CVs.
